IBH operates through a horizontal structure that encourages a lean operation, operational transparency, effective client solutions, and unique growth opportunities for our workforce.

Offices around the world engulf ‘verticals’ that can revolve around clients, practices, locations, or functions. Each vertical is headed by a Director or Associate Director and engulfs different categories of analysts, associates, and managers.

IBH operates through a unique career growth mechanism. All personnel are assessed based on a rigid and fair performance management structure. Personnel can grow to become IBH Partners (Junior, Senior, and Managing) with direct interests in the form of profit sharing and/or equity and/or voting rights depending on tenor, Partnership level, and responsibility.
