Group Benefits and Recruitment<\/span><\/div>

IBH gives priority to recruiting personnel with work experience at any of the group\u2019s subsidiaries, sister entities, and affiliates\/partners \u2013 or any of the GBN Worldwide members. The IBH workforce is also given priority when seeking a position at any of the group\u2019s subsidiaries and\/or partners.<\/p>

Subject to a clear and consistent contribution to IBH over a period of 2-3 years at least, a recommendation from one or more directors\/partners within IBH, and phased exit from any specific IBH office or role, hundreds of employment opportunities exist for IBH personnel.<\/p>

    Experienced professionals with over 5 years of relevant experience at the very least can join at an advanced career category. Generally, such individuals will join IBH at a Senior Associate or Associate Director position. Rarely, IBH will recruit Directors for specific functions or skill sets.<\/p>
