Our Long-term strategy in client servicing leads IBH to support its clients with the non-technical and tangible structuring of their insurance and risk departments.
This includes the development of processes and procedures, program guidelines, documentation, training and awareness, dashboard and periodic reporting, communication standards, and the like.
We understand that for a long-term program to be successful the underlying framework for its management must be clear and strong. IBH provides these services both as part of its general brokerage services for strategic clients and on a stand-alone consultancy basis when required.
